After holidays I always feel half toxic and I usually am looking forward to during the last days of my trips to go home and make my own food.. I love to know what goes in my food and making it at home I know for sure that it's all they way I want it. But even though my trip to Greece left me a bit aahhh you know bad about myself, then it was more because I maybe contained to many peeepppp units rather then such bad eating habits. Instead i learned many new ways of cooking the food that already excisted largely in my diet before i left. So now of course like always is the fridge full of vedgies and a bit of fruit, but since I also have a bit more time because Im starting school and no longer work all day I for the first time in a very long time can prepare things and store. Today i made Butter bean tapade that a chef in Greece thought me and contains Butter beans, onion and lemon. The Second can of jar is Hummus made with Lemon, cayenne pepper and olive oil. I am also a big fan of quinoa that provides you with protein Iron and Zink, I like to mix black, red and plain Quinoa together for a low carb high fiber mix. Quinoa salad with spring leeks, red peppers and yellow corn with fresh basil and mint folliwed by salt, pepper, and Hot spices like cayenne pepper if you like. And oven baked zucchini topped with mint and Olive oil. I add all the Oil aftervards to get the best from it and not ruin it.... These recipes can be used on Rugbread (brown danish bread with seeds) or in other salads in so many diffrent ways. Bon appetit!
